Banners and Signs delivered to Tightwad

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Tightwad, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 60 spread over 1.0 square miles, Tightwad gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Bent Tree Harbor, MO (5 mi), Warsaw, MO (10 mi), Brownington, MO (11 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Whiteman Air Force Base sits about 32 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Tightwad.

Banners and Signs demand around Tightwad does not stop at the town line. Crews from Bent Tree Harbor (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Tightwad gets printed large format

Yard and field signs

Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Memorial and dedication displays

Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Homecoming banners

Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Event signage

Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Retractable banner stands

Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Tightwad customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Tightwad customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Essential Light Tee

Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Tightwad addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Tightwad crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
