Banners and Signs delivered to Timberon

Timberon crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Timberon address in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Timberon to the other, 20.3 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Sacramento, NM (13 mi), Weed, NM (15 mi), Pinon, NM (19 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Holloman Air Force Base sits about 23 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Timberon counted against your roster.

A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of New Mexico mixes Timberon crews with neighbors like Sacramento, 13 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Timberon gets printed large format

Homecoming banners

Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Event signage

Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Retractable banner stands

Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Yard and field signs

Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Memorial and dedication displays

Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Timberon customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Timberon customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Essential Light Tee

The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Pullover Hoodie

Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Classic Cotton Tee

Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Timberon customers see.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Timberon addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Timberon crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Timberon crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
