Banners and Signs for Tolu: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Tolu crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Tolu address in 5 to 7 business days.
From one end of Tolu to the other, 0.3 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Elizabethtown, IL (3 mi), Cave-In-Rock, IL (5 mi), Rosiclare, IL (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Scott Air Force Base sits about 121 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Tolu.
Banners and Signs demand around Tolu does not stop at the town line. Crews from Elizabethtown (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Tolu customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Tolu customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
The table below is the actual price list Tolu customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |

| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
