Banners and Signs delivered to Town Line

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Town Line, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Town Line to the other, 4.6 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Alden, NY (4 mi), Lancaster, NY (5 mi), Elma Center, NY (5 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Fort Drum, around 153 miles from Town Line, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Town Line.

A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of New York mixes Town Line crews with neighbors like Alden, 4 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Town Line gets printed large format

Retractable banner stands

The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Yard and field signs

Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Memorial and dedication displays

Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Homecoming banners

Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Event signage

Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Town line customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Town Line customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Classic Cotton Tee

Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Essential Light Tee

The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Town Line customers see.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Town Line addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Town Line crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
