Banners and Signs delivered to Trail

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Trail, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Trail covers 6.8 square miles of Oregon, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Shady Cove, OR (4 mi), Eagle Point, OR (14 mi), Butte Falls, OR (15 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Kingsley Field, roughly 61 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Trail.

A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of Oregon mixes Trail crews with neighbors like Shady Cove, 4 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Trail gets printed large format

Vinyl banners with grommets

Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Memorial and dedication displays

Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Homecoming banners

Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Event signage

The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Retractable banner stands

Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Yard and field signs

Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Trail customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Trail customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Essential Light Tee

Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Pullover Hoodie

When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Trail addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Trail crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Trail crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
