Custom printed large format gear for Traver businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Traver crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Traver address in 5 to 7 business days.
Traver covers 0.7 square miles of California, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: London, CA (3 mi), Delft Colony, CA (5 mi), Kingsburg, CA (7 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Naval Air Station Lemoore, around 21 miles from Traver, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Traver.
Banners and Signs demand around Traver does not stop at the town line. Crews from London (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Traver customers feel the difference on the first order.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Traver customers, these three earn their keep.
Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Budget planning for Traver customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
The timeline to Traver addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your traver crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
