Custom printed large format gear for Treasure Lake businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Treasure Lake crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Treasure Lake address in 5 to 7 business days.
All 12.6 square miles of Treasure Lake sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: DuBois, PA (4 mi), Oklahoma, PA (4 mi), Falls Creek, PA (5 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Letterkenny Army Depot, roughly 102 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Treasure Lake.
Banners and Signs demand around Treasure Lake does not stop at the town line. Crews from DuBois (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Treasure lake customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Treasure Lake customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Treasure Lake customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Every order ships tracked to Treasure Lake addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Treasure Lake crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.
