Banners and Signs delivered to Tripp

Tripp crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Tripp address in 5 to 7 business days.

Tripp is home to a community of 564 across 0.6 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Kaylor, SD (7 mi), Greenwood Colony, SD (9 mi), Delmont, SD (10 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Offutt Air Force Base, roughly 177 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Tripp.

Banners and Signs demand around Tripp does not stop at the town line. Crews from Kaylor (7 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Tripp gets printed large format

Homecoming banners

Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Event signage

The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Retractable banner stands

Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Yard and field signs

Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Memorial and dedication displays

Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Tripp customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Tripp customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Essential Light Tee

The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Pullover Hoodie

When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Tripp customers see.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Tripp addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Tripp crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your tripp crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
