Banners and Signs for Tuscarora: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Tuscarora crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Tuscarora address in 5 to 7 business days.
Tuscarora covers 0.2 square miles of Pennsylvania, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Maryd, PA (1 mi), Brockton, PA (2 mi), Park Crest, PA (4 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Fort Indiantown Gap, roughly 39 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Tuscarora.
A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of Pennsylvania mixes Tuscarora crews with neighbors like Maryd, 1 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Tuscarora customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Tuscarora customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Production plus shipping to Tuscarora addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Tuscarora crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
