Banners and Signs delivered to Underwood

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Underwood, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Underwood covers 2.6 square miles of Indiana, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Henryville, IN (3 mi), Otisco, IN (6 mi), Memphis, IN (7 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Camp Atterbury sits about 54 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Underwood.

Banners and Signs demand around Underwood does not stop at the town line. Crews from Henryville (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Underwood gets printed large format

Vinyl banners with grommets

Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Memorial and dedication displays

Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Homecoming banners

Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Event signage

The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Retractable banner stands

Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Yard and field signs

Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Underwood customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Underwood customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Essential Light Tee

Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Pullover Hoodie

Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Underwood customers see.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Underwood addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Underwood crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
