Banners and Signs delivered to Universal

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Universal, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 281 spread over 0.4 square miles, Universal gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Shepardsville, IN (2 mi), Centenary, IN (3 mi), New Goshen, IN (3 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Camp Atterbury, roughly 82 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Universal.

A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of Indiana mixes Universal crews with neighbors like Shepardsville, 2 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Universal gets printed large format

Event signage

Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Retractable banner stands

Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Yard and field signs

Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Memorial and dedication displays

Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Homecoming banners

Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Universal customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Universal customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Essential Light Tee

The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Pullover Hoodie

When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Universal customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Universal addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Universal crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your universal crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
