Banners and Signs delivered to Valley

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Valley, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Valley to the other, 0.4 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Chewelah, WA (8 mi), Springdale, WA (8 mi), Loon Lake, WA (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Fairchild Air Force Base, roughly 37 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Valley.

Because Chewelah sits only 8 miles from Valley, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Valley gets printed large format

Yard and field signs

Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Memorial and dedication displays

Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Homecoming banners

Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Event signage

Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Retractable banner stands

The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Valley customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Valley customers, these three earn their keep.

Essential Light Tee

Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Pullover Hoodie

When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Valley customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Valley addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Valley crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
