Banners and Signs in Vander, NC.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Vander gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Banners and Signs delivered to Vander

Vander crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Vander address in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Vander to the other, 3.7 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Eastover, NC (4 mi), Stedman, NC (5 mi), Autryville, NC (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Fort Liberty, roughly 11 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Vander.

A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of North Carolina mixes Vander crews with neighbors like Eastover, 4 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Vander gets printed large format

Retractable banner stands

The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Yard and field signs

Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Memorial and dedication displays

Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Homecoming banners

Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Event signage

Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Vander customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Vander customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Essential Light Tee

The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Pullover Hoodie

For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Vander customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Vander addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Vander crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your vander crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
