Banners and Signs delivered to Verlot

Verlot crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Verlot address in 5 to 7 business days.

All 10.9 square miles of Verlot sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Granite Falls, WA (10 mi), Canyon Creek, WA (10 mi), Lake Bosworth, WA (11 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Naval Station Everett, around 22 miles from Verlot, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Verlot.

A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of Washington mixes Verlot crews with neighbors like Granite Falls, 10 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Verlot gets printed large format

Retractable banner stands

Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Yard and field signs

Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Memorial and dedication displays

Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Homecoming banners

Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Event signage

The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Verlot customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Verlot customers, these three earn their keep.

Essential Light Tee

Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Pullover Hoodie

When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Verlot customers see.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Verlot addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your verlot crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Verlot crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
