Banners and Signs delivered to Violet

Violet crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Violet address in 5 to 7 business days.

Violet covers 3.9 square miles of Louisiana, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Poydras, LA (3 mi), Meraux, LA (3 mi), Chalmette, LA (5 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is NAS JRB New Orleans, roughly 7 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Violet.

A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of Louisiana mixes Violet crews with neighbors like Poydras, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Violet gets printed large format

Vinyl banners with grommets

Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Memorial and dedication displays

Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Homecoming banners

Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Event signage

The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Retractable banner stands

Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Yard and field signs

Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Violet customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Violet customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Essential Light Tee

Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Violet customers see.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Violet addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your violet crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Violet crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
