Custom printed large format gear for Virginia Beach City businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, county-wide delivery in 5 to 7 days.
Virginia Beach City crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery anywhere in the county in 5 to 7 business days.
Virginia Beach City spans 245 square miles and holds about 454,000 people, and our delivery map covers every one of those addresses on the same 5 to 7 day window.
No storefront visit, no local-shop wait time. You design online or send us a rough idea, a real designer builds the art at no charge, and the finished gear arrives at any Virginia Beach City address.
Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Virginia beach city customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Virginia Beach City customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
The table below is the actual price list Virginia Beach City customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |

| 50 pack | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pack | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Delivery to every address in Virginia Beach City follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
