Banners and Signs delivered to Waelder

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Waelder, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Waelder is home to a community of 955 across 1.3 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Flatonia, TX (12 mi), Harwood, TX (12 mi), Moulton, TX (12 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Lackland Air Force Base sits about 75 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Waelder counted against your roster.

Because Flatonia sits only 12 miles from Waelder, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Waelder gets printed large format

Yard and field signs

Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Memorial and dedication displays

Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Homecoming banners

Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Event signage

Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Retractable banner stands

Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Waelder customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Waelder customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Essential Light Tee

Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Pullover Hoodie

For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Waelder customers see.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Waelder addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Waelder crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Waelder crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
