Banners and Signs in Wamic, OR.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Wamic gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Banners and Signs delivered to Wamic

Wamic crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Wamic address in 5 to 7 business days.

All 1.2 square miles of Wamic sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Pine Hollow, OR (1 mi), Sportsmans Park, OR (5 mi), Tygh Valley, OR (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Coast Guard Air Station Astoria, roughly 139 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Wamic counted against your roster.

Because Pine Hollow sits only 1 miles from Wamic, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Wamic gets printed large format

Homecoming banners

Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Event signage

The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Retractable banner stands

The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Yard and field signs

Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Memorial and dedication displays

Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Wamic customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Wamic customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Essential Light Tee

Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Pullover Hoodie

Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Wamic customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Wamic addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Wamic crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Wamic crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
