Banners and Signs delivered to Wanship

Wanship crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Wanship address in 5 to 7 business days.

Wanship covers 5.1 square miles of Utah, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Hoytsville, UT (4 mi), East Basin, UT (6 mi), Coalville, UT (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Camp Williams sits about 36 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Wanship counted against your roster.

Banners and Signs demand around Wanship does not stop at the town line. Crews from Hoytsville (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Wanship gets printed large format

Memorial and dedication displays

Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Homecoming banners

Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Event signage

Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Retractable banner stands

The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Yard and field signs

Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Wanship customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Wanship customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Essential Light Tee

The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Pullover Hoodie

When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Classic Cotton Tee

Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Wanship customers see.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Wanship addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Wanship crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your wanship crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
