Banners and Signs delivered to Wasola

Wasola crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Wasola address in 5 to 7 business days.

All 5.3 square miles of Wasola sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Ava, MO (13 mi), Gainesville, MO (14 mi), Theodosia, MO (15 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Fort Leonard Wood sits about 76 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Wasola.

Banners and Signs demand around Wasola does not stop at the town line. Crews from Ava (13 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Wasola gets printed large format

Vinyl banners with grommets

Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Memorial and dedication displays

Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Homecoming banners

Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Event signage

Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Retractable banner stands

The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Yard and field signs

Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Wasola customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Wasola customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Essential Light Tee

Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Pullover Hoodie

Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Classic Cotton Tee

Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Wasola addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Wasola crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Wasola crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
