Custom printed large format gear for West Concord businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
West Concord crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any West Concord address in 5 to 7 business days.
From one end of West Concord to the other, 3.4 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Maynard, MA (3 mi), Hanscom AFB, MA (6 mi), Littleton Common, MA (7 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Coast Guard Base Boston, around 21 miles from West Concord, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to West Concord.
A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of Massachusetts mixes West Concord crews with neighbors like Maynard, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. West concord customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among West Concord customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and West Concord customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
The timeline to West Concord addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
