From single pieces to full crew runs, Williamstown gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Williamstown crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Williamstown address in 5 to 7 business days.
From one end of Williamstown to the other, 3.4 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. If your people are spread out, that is fine: South Barre, VT (4 mi), Graniteville, VT (4 mi), Websterville, VT (5 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Pease Air National Guard Base sits about 115 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Williamstown.
Because South Barre sits only 4 miles from Williamstown, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Williamstown customers feel the difference on the first order.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Williamstown customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
The table below is the actual price list Williamstown customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Williamstown crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
