Custom printed large format gear for Yankee Lake businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Yankee Lake crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Yankee Lake address in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Yankee Lake at a community of 74 on 0.6 square miles of Ohio, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Brookfield Center, OH (2 mi), West Hill, OH (3 mi), Sharon, PA (4 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Camp Dawson, around 133 miles from Yankee Lake, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Yankee Lake.
Banners and Signs demand around Yankee Lake does not stop at the town line. Crews from Brookfield Center (2 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Yankee lake customers feel the difference on the first order.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Yankee Lake customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Yankee Lake customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
