From single pieces to full crew runs, Zena gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Zena, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
From one end of Zena to the other, 3.1 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. If your people are spread out, that is fine: West Hurley, NY (2 mi), Woodstock, NY (2 mi), Ruby, NY (4 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is West Point, roughly 46 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Zena.
Banners and Signs demand around Zena does not stop at the town line. Crews from West Hurley (2 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Zena customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Zena customers, these three earn their keep.
For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
The table below is the actual price list Zena customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| Pack of 50 | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| Pack of 100 | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Production plus shipping to Zena addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your zena crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
