Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Bear crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Delaware in 5 to 7 business days.
Crews in Bear order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
Bear covers 5.8 square miles of Delaware, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Brookside, DE (4 mi), Glasgow, DE (4 mi), St. Georges, DE (4 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Aberdeen Proving Ground, roughly 27 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The Delaware military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Dover Air Force Base, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Bear.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
Full color small runs from just 10 pieces.
All-over color dyed into the fabric, impossible to crack or peel.
13oz vinyl banners and signs sized to be read at distance.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
PTA runs, field day tees, and club shirts proofed free and priced by the pack before the order form goes home. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Workwear for local crews: printed tees, embroidered polos, gear that outlasts the season. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Volunteer shirts and festival gear for the days the whole community shows up. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Team shirts, fan tees, and booster fundraisers with youth and adult sizes mixed in one pack. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Bear customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Bear customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Production plus shipping to Bear addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your bear group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
