Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Bernard crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Iowa in 5 to 7 business days.
Crews in Bernard order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
Bernard is home to a community of 116 across 0.1 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Zwingle, IA (7 mi), Cascade, IA (9 mi), Peosta, IA (9 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Rock Island Arsenal, roughly 60 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The Iowa military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Camp Dodge, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Bernard.
Best per-piece price at volume, with ink that outlives the garment.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
No screens, no setup fee: full-color small runs from 10 pieces.
All-over color dyed into the fabric, impossible to crack or peel.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
Logo cleanups, redraws, and full concepts from the in-house team.
5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
League jerseys and fan gear where kid and parent sizes share one pack price. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Field day, clubs, and spirit weeks, all proofed free with pack pricing the treasurer can verify. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Shop shirts and stitched caps that make a small crew read like an established company. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Volunteer shirts and festival gear for the days the whole community shows up. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Mission trip tees and congregation gear at pack rates a committee can approve. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Bernard customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Bernard customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Bernard customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Production plus shipping to Bernard addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Bernard group begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
