Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Bethesda crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Ohio in 5 to 7 business days.
Crews in Bethesda order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
Bethesda is home to about 1,200 people across 0.6 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Belmont, OH (2 mi), Morristown, OH (3 mi), Lloydsville, OH (5 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Camp Dawson, roughly 83 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The Ohio military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Wright-Patterson AFB, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Bethesda.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
No screens, no setup fee: full-color small runs from 10 pieces.
All-over color dyed into the fabric, impossible to crack or peel.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
Logo cleanups, redraws, and full concepts from the in-house team.
Group apparel for congregations, mission trips, and food drives at honest pack pricing. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
From the dugout to the bleachers: team and booster runs with all sizes priced together. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Workwear for local crews: printed tees, embroidered polos, gear that outlasts the season. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Bethesda customers feel the difference on the first order.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Bethesda customers, these three earn their keep.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.
Here is what Bethesda customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Every order ships tracked to Bethesda addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your bethesda group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Coverage continues through Belmont (2 mi), Morristown (3 mi), Lloydsville (5 mi). The full Ohio coverage page and the directory of every Ohio town go deeper, and the Design Lab prices any idea on the spot.
You will see the proof before you pay and the price before you talk to anyone. That is the whole pitch.
