Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Biddle crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Montana in 5 to 7 business days.
Crews in Biddle order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
Biddle covers 17.1 square miles of Montana, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Broadus, MT (24 mi), Hulett, WY (45 mi), Ekalaka, MT (65 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Ellsworth Air Force Base, around 125 miles from Biddle, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The Montana military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Malmstrom Air Force Base, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Biddle.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Thread instead of ink: caps, polos, and outerwear with permanent texture.
Full color small runs from just 10 pieces.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
Weatherproof vinyl, hemmed and grommeted, readable across a lot.
From napkin sketch to print-ready vectors, free with any order.
Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Shop shirts and stitched caps that make a small crew read like an established company. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
The civic calendar runs on volunteers, and volunteers run better in matching shirts. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Team shirts, fan tees, and booster fundraisers with youth and adult sizes mixed in one pack. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Biddle customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Biddle customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.
The table below is the actual price list Biddle customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pack | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Every order ships tracked to Biddle addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your biddle group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
