Black Hawk orders custom gear here because the pricing is published, the proof is free, and delivery to Colorado runs 5 to 7 business days flat.
Black Hawk does not need a local print shop to get local-quality gear. Design online, approve a free proof from a real designer within 24 hours, and delivery lands at any Black Hawk address in 5 to 7 business days.
Black Hawk is home to a community of 128 across 3.1 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Central, CO (1 mi), Idaho Springs, CO (4 mi), Floyd Hill, CO (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Buckley Space Force Base, roughly 42 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The Colorado military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Carson and Peterson Space Force Base, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Black Hawk.
Best per-piece price at volume, with ink that outlives the garment.
Thread instead of ink: caps, polos, and outerwear with permanent texture.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
All-over color dyed into the fabric, impossible to crack or peel.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
Logo cleanups, redraws, and full concepts from the in-house team.
Volunteer shirts and festival gear for the days the whole community shows up. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Group apparel for congregations, mission trips, and food drives at honest pack pricing. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Race shirts and tournament gear that arrive before the starting gun, guaranteed honestly. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
League jerseys and fan gear where kid and parent sizes share one pack price. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Field day, clubs, and spirit weeks, all proofed free with pack pricing the treasurer can verify. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Shop shirts and stitched caps that make a small crew read like an established company. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Black hawk customers feel the difference on the first order.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Black Hawk customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Black Hawk customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Black Hawk addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
