Custom shirt printing in Blue Point, NY.

Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Blue Point crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in New York in 5 to 7 business days.

Custom shirts delivered to Blue Point

Crews in Blue Point order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.

From one end of Blue Point to the other, 1.8 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Patchogue, NY (1 mi), Bayport, NY (1 mi), North Patchogue, NY (2 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Coast Guard Academy, roughly 63 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The New York military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Drum and Fort Hamilton, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Blue Point.

What Blue Point orders most

School spirit wear

PTA runs, field day tees, and club shirts proofed free and priced by the pack before the order form goes home. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Small business and crew apparel

Workwear for local crews: printed tees, embroidered polos, gear that outlasts the season. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

HOA, civic, and community events

The civic calendar runs on volunteers, and volunteers run better in matching shirts. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Church and service group shirts

Group apparel for congregations, mission trips, and food drives at honest pack pricing. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Runs, tournaments, and fundraisers

5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Youth sports and booster gear

From the dugout to the bleachers: team and booster runs with all sizes priced together. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Blue point customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Blue Point customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Essential Light Tee

The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

07 //

What it costs

Here is what Blue Point customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
25 pack$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Blue Point addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Blue Point group?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your blue point group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
