Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Everything in the process serves one outcome: gear still in the rotation years later. Inks cure at temperature so prints flex rather than crack, digitizing happens in-house so embroidery stays legible at small sizes, and blank weights run from summer-light to 7.5oz so the garment matches the use. Defects in production are remade free, no debate.
