Every crew in Bullitt County orders from the same shop: free design help, published packs, county-wide delivery in 5 to 7 days.
From the county seat to the last gravel road, every Bullitt County address gets the same service: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before anything prints.
Bullitt County spans 297 square miles and holds about 85,000 people, and our delivery map covers every one of those addresses on the same 5 to 7 day window.
That includes the Kentucky military community: we deliver unit and family gear for Fort Campbell, Fort Knox, plus every Guard armory, recruiter, and veteran org chapter in and around Bullitt County.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
No screens, no setup fee: full-color small runs from 10 pieces.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
From napkin sketch to print-ready vectors, free with any order.
Staff shirts, vendor gear, and keepsake tees for fair week. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Station gear and fundraiser runs for volunteer fire and rescue outfits. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Community group runs where mixed sizes are the default, not a complication. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Spirit wear, chapter tees, and program gear with youth and adult sizes in the same run. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Rec league kits, numbered and sponsored, delivered on the schedule the league sets. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Reunion shirts sized for grandparents to toddlers, and memorial runs treated with care. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Bullitt County customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Bullitt County customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Bullitt County customers see.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
Plenty of giant websites will print a shirt. Here a human designer builds and checks your proof instead of an upload widget guessing at print quality, pack pricing is published up front instead of revealed at checkout, and your order has one named person who answers questions and chases the deadline. Because everything is custom, we are honest about the trade: no returns on finished work, which is exactly why the written proof approval exists.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to every address in Bullitt County. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.
Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
