Every crew in Butte County orders from the same shop: free design help, published packs, county-wide delivery in 5 to 7 days.
From the county seat to the last gravel road, every Butte County address gets the same service: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before anything prints.
With about 11,000 people spread across 2250 square miles, Butte County is exactly the kind of territory a nationwide shop serves better than a single storefront: same pricing, same timeline, every address.
That includes the South Dakota military community: we deliver unit and family gear for Ellsworth Air Force Base, plus every Guard armory, recruiter, and veteran org chapter in and around Butte County.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Stitched logos for hats, polos, and jackets that read professional up close.
No screens, no setup fee: full-color small runs from 10 pieces.
Edge-to-edge jerseys and performance gear with print in the fibers.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
Chapter and program shirts spanning youth small to adult 5XL in a single order. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Whole-league jersey orders with numbering and sponsors, in before opening day. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
One design across three generations of sizes, or a small memorial run done right. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Staff shirts, vendor gear, and keepsake tees for fair week. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Duty tees, fundraiser shirts, and station hoodies for the crews that answer the call. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Group shirts for congregations, food banks, and service days, in mixed sizes at one pack price. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Butte County customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Butte County customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
The table below is the actual price list Butte County customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| Pack of 50 | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| Pack of 100 | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
A cheap print on a cheap blank costs more than it saves, because it gets worn twice and then becomes a rag. We print with inks cured to spec, on blanks stocked in weight classes from a 4.5oz summer tee to a 7.5oz max heavyweight, and we stand behind the work: if a print fails from a production defect, we make it right. Screen prints are cured at temperature so they flex instead of cracking, and embroidery is digitized in-house so small text stays legible.
Automated printers optimize for volume; this shop optimizes for the order in front of it. That difference shows up as a designer catching problems an upload widget would print anyway, prices that are public instead of assembled at checkout, and a person whose actual job is your deadline. The proof-approval step replaces the return policy custom work cannot have.
Delivery to every address in Butte County follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Butte County group, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
