Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Cave crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Missouri in 5 to 7 business days.
Crews in Cave order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
Cave covers 0.9 square miles of Missouri, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Troy, MO (5 mi), Hawk Point, MO (6 mi), Silex, MO (7 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Scott Air Force Base, around 67 miles from Cave, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The Missouri military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Leonard Wood and Whiteman Air Force Base, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Cave.
Best per-piece price at volume, with ink that outlives the garment.
Thread instead of ink: caps, polos, and outerwear with permanent texture.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
Logo cleanups, redraws, and full concepts from the in-house team.
PTA runs, field day tees, and club shirts proofed free and priced by the pack before the order form goes home. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Workwear for local crews: printed tees, embroidered polos, gear that outlasts the season. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
The civic calendar runs on volunteers, and volunteers run better in matching shirts. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Mission trip tees and congregation gear at pack rates a committee can approve. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
League jerseys and fan gear where kid and parent sizes share one pack price. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Cave customers feel the difference on the first order.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Cave customers, these three earn their keep.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
The table below is the actual price list Cave customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pack | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pack | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
The timeline to Cave addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Cave group, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

The sequence never changes: free 24-hour proof, your written sign-off, then production at the price you already saw.
