Custom shirt printing in Chamblee, GA.

Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Chamblee crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Georgia in 5 to 7 business days.

Custom shirts delivered to Chamblee

Crews in Chamblee order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.

Census numbers put Chamblee at about 32,000 people on 7.7 square miles of Georgia, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Brookhaven, GA (3 mi), Doraville, GA (3 mi), Dunwoody, GA (4 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Anniston Army Depot, roughly 88 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The Georgia military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Moore and Fort Stewart, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Chamblee.

What Chamblee orders most

HOA, civic, and community events

Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Church and service group shirts

Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Runs, tournaments, and fundraisers

Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Youth sports and booster gear

Team shirts, fan tees, and booster fundraisers with youth and adult sizes mixed in one pack. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

School spirit wear

PTA runs, field day tees, and club shirts proofed free and priced by the pack before the order form goes home. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Small business and crew apparel

Workwear for local crews: printed tees, embroidered polos, gear that outlasts the season. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Chamblee customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

05 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Chamblee customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Essential Light Tee

The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Classic Cotton Tee

Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

06 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

07 //

What it costs

Here is what Chamblee customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Chamblee addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your chamblee group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
