Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Chapman crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Kansas in 5 to 7 business days.
Crews in Chapman order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
With about 1,400 people spread over 0.9 square miles, Chapman gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Detroit, KS (6 mi), Enterprise, KS (7 mi), Junction City, KS (10 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Fort Riley, roughly 10 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The Kansas military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Riley and Fort Leavenworth, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Chapman.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
Full color small runs from just 10 pieces.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
Logo cleanups, redraws, and full concepts from the in-house team.
Uniform tees, embroidered caps and polos, and workwear that survives the job. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Volunteer shirts and festival gear for the days the whole community shows up. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
From the dugout to the bleachers: team and booster runs with all sizes priced together. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Chapman customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Chapman customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.
Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Chapman customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pack | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pack | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Production plus shipping to Chapman addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Chapman group begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
