Chauvin orders custom gear here because the pricing is published, the proof is free, and delivery to Louisiana runs 5 to 7 business days flat.
Crews in Chauvin order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
Chauvin covers 4.8 square miles of Louisiana, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Montegut, LA (2 mi), Dulac, LA (7 mi), Bourg, LA (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, NAS JRB New Orleans sits about 46 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The Louisiana military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Johnson and NAS JRB New Orleans, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Chauvin.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Thread instead of ink: caps, polos, and outerwear with permanent texture.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
All-over color dyed into the fabric, impossible to crack or peel.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
From napkin sketch to print-ready vectors, free with any order.
The civic calendar runs on volunteers, and volunteers run better in matching shirts. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Team shirts, fan tees, and booster fundraisers with youth and adult sizes mixed in one pack. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
PTA runs, field day tees, and club shirts proofed free and priced by the pack before the order form goes home. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Uniform tees, embroidered caps and polos, and workwear that survives the job. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Chauvin customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Chauvin customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Budget planning for Chauvin customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Production plus shipping to Chauvin addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Chauvin group, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

Coverage continues through Montegut (2 mi), Dulac (7 mi), Bourg (8 mi). The full Louisiana coverage page and the directory of every Louisiana town go deeper, and the Design Lab prices any idea on the spot.
You will see the proof before you pay and the price before you talk to anyone. That is the whole pitch.
