Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Christopher crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Illinois in 5 to 7 business days.
Christopher does not need a local print shop to get local-quality gear. Design online, approve a free proof from a real designer within 24 hours, and delivery lands at any Christopher address in 5 to 7 business days.
Christopher is home to about 2,600 people across 1.6 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: North City, IL (2 mi), Buckner, IL (2 mi), Mulkeytown, IL (3 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Scott Air Force Base, around 63 miles from Christopher, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The Illinois military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Naval Station Great Lakes and Rock Island Arsenal, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Christopher.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
No screens, no setup fee: full-color small runs from 10 pieces.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
Logo cleanups, redraws, and full concepts from the in-house team.
Race shirts and tournament gear that arrive before the starting gun, guaranteed honestly. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
League jerseys and fan gear where kid and parent sizes share one pack price. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Workwear for local crews: printed tees, embroidered polos, gear that outlasts the season. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Mission trip tees and congregation gear at pack rates a committee can approve. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Christopher customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Christopher customers, these three earn their keep.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

The table below is the actual price list Christopher customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
The timeline to Christopher addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your christopher group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
