Every crew in Clare County orders from the same shop: free design help, published packs, county-wide delivery in 5 to 7 days.
There is no local print shop requirement for good gear anymore. Clare County crews design online, approve a proof from a real designer within 24 hours, and take delivery anywhere in the county in 5 to 7 business days.
Census figures put Clare County at about 31,000 people across 564 square miles, from the county seat to the last rural route, all inside standard tracked delivery.
That includes the Michigan military community: we deliver unit and family gear for Camp Grayling, Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Coast Guard Air Station Traverse City, plus every Guard armory, recruiter, and veteran org chapter in and around Clare County.
Best per-piece price at volume, with ink that outlives the garment.
Thread instead of ink: caps, polos, and outerwear with permanent texture.
Full color small runs from just 10 pieces.
Edge-to-edge jerseys and performance gear with print in the fibers.
Weatherproof vinyl, hemmed and grommeted, readable across a lot.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
Community group runs where mixed sizes are the default, not a complication. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
FFA chapters and youth programs order kid and adult sizes together at pack pricing. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Numbers, names, and sponsor logos for every team in the league, delivered before opening day. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Reunion shirts sized for grandparents to toddlers, and memorial runs treated with care. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Staff shirts, vendor gear, and keepsake tees for fair week. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Station gear and fundraiser runs for volunteer fire and rescue outfits. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Clare county customers feel the difference on the first order.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Clare County customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Clare County customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
A cheap print on a cheap blank costs more than it saves, because it gets worn twice and then becomes a rag. We print with inks cured to spec, on blanks stocked in weight classes from a 4.5oz summer tee to a 7.5oz max heavyweight, and we stand behind the work: if a print fails from a production defect, we make it right. Screen prints are cured at temperature so they flex instead of cracking, and embroidery is digitized in-house so small text stays legible.
The difference is people. An upload widget cannot tell you a logo will stitch poorly at cap size; our designers can and do. A checkout page cannot own a deadline; your named contact does. And where the big platforms hide the real cost until the last screen, our pack pricing sits published on every product page. The honest trade-off of custom work, no returns once it is printed, is covered by a proof you approve in writing before anything runs.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to every address in Clare County. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your clare county group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
