Custom shirts delivered to Clare

Crews in Clare order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.

Clare is home to a community of 136 across 0.5 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Barnum, IA (6 mi), Fort Dodge, IA (10 mi), Badger, IA (10 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Camp Dodge, around 70 miles from Clare, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The Iowa military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Camp Dodge, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Clare.

What Clare orders most

Youth sports and booster gear

From the dugout to the bleachers: team and booster runs with all sizes priced together. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

School spirit wear

PTA runs, field day tees, and club shirts proofed free and priced by the pack before the order form goes home. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Small business and crew apparel

Shop shirts and stitched caps that make a small crew read like an established company. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

HOA, civic, and community events

Volunteer shirts and festival gear for the days the whole community shows up. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Church and service group shirts

Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Runs, tournaments, and fundraisers

Race shirts and tournament gear that arrive before the starting gun, guaranteed honestly. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Clare customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Clare customers, these three earn their keep.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Essential Light Tee

The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Classic Cotton Tee

The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

06 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

07 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Clare customers see.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Clare addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Clare group, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
