Custom shirt printing in Clayton, CA.

Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Clayton crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in California in 5 to 7 business days.

Custom shirts delivered to Clayton

Crews in Clayton order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.

With about 11,000 people spread over 3.8 square miles, Clayton gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with North Gate, CA (4 mi), Concord, CA (4 mi), Pittsburg, CA (6 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Coast Guard Base Alameda sits about 23 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The California military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Camp Pendleton and MCRD San Diego, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Clayton.

What Clayton orders most

HOA, civic, and community events

The civic calendar runs on volunteers, and volunteers run better in matching shirts. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Church and service group shirts

Mission trip tees and congregation gear at pack rates a committee can approve. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Runs, tournaments, and fundraisers

Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Youth sports and booster gear

League jerseys and fan gear where kid and parent sizes share one pack price. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

School spirit wear

Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Small business and crew apparel

Uniform tees, embroidered caps and polos, and workwear that survives the job. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Clayton customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Clayton customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Essential Light Tee

Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Classic Cotton Tee

Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

06 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Budget planning for Clayton customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Clayton addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your clayton group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
