Every crew in Cole County orders from the same shop: free design help, published packs, county-wide delivery in 5 to 7 days.
From the county seat to the last gravel road, every Cole County address gets the same service: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before anything prints.
Census figures put Cole County at about 77,000 people across 392 square miles, from the county seat to the last rural route, all inside standard tracked delivery.
That includes the Missouri military community: we deliver unit and family gear for Fort Leonard Wood, Whiteman Air Force Base, plus every Guard armory, recruiter, and veteran org chapter in and around Cole County.
Best per-piece price at volume, with ink that outlives the garment.
Stitched logos for hats, polos, and jackets that read professional up close.
No screens, no setup fee: full-color small runs from 10 pieces.
All-over color dyed into the fabric, impossible to crack or peel.
Weatherproof vinyl, hemmed and grommeted, readable across a lot.
From napkin sketch to print-ready vectors, free with any order.
Staff shirts, vendor gear, and keepsake tees for fair week. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Station gear and fundraiser runs for volunteer fire and rescue outfits. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Community group runs where mixed sizes are the default, not a complication. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
FFA chapters and youth programs order kid and adult sizes together at pack pricing. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Rec league kits, numbered and sponsored, delivered on the schedule the league sets. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Reunion shirts sized for grandparents to toddlers, and memorial runs treated with care. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Cole county customers feel the difference on the first order.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Cole County customers, these three earn their keep.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Cole County customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
A cheap print on a cheap blank costs more than it saves, because it gets worn twice and then becomes a rag. We print with inks cured to spec, on blanks stocked in weight classes from a 4.5oz summer tee to a 7.5oz max heavyweight, and we stand behind the work: if a print fails from a production defect, we make it right. Screen prints are cured at temperature so they flex instead of cracking, and embroidery is digitized in-house so small text stays legible.
Usually it is one of three moments: a big-platform order arrived wrong and nobody answered the support ticket, a hidden fee doubled the checkout price, or a deadline slipped with no warning. Our structure removes all three. Written proof approval before production, published pack pricing before any conversation, and a single named person who owns your order until it is delivered.
Delivery to every address in Cole County follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Cole County group begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
