Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Coxton crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Kentucky in 5 to 7 business days.
Crews in Coxton order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
All 0.2 square miles of Coxton sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Ages, KY (2 mi), Harlan, KY (3 mi), Loyall, KY (4 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Fort Knox sits about 161 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The Kentucky military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Campbell and Fort Knox, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Coxton.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Stitched logos for hats, polos, and jackets that read professional up close.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
Weatherproof vinyl, hemmed and grommeted, readable across a lot.
Logo cleanups, redraws, and full concepts from the in-house team.
The civic calendar runs on volunteers, and volunteers run better in matching shirts. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Group apparel for congregations, mission trips, and food drives at honest pack pricing. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
League jerseys and fan gear where kid and parent sizes share one pack price. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
PTA runs, field day tees, and club shirts proofed free and priced by the pack before the order form goes home. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Workwear for local crews: printed tees, embroidered polos, gear that outlasts the season. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Coxton customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Coxton customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Coxton customers see.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Delivery to Coxton addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Coxton group begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
