Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Crestline crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in California in 5 to 7 business days.
Crews in Crestline order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
All 13.9 square miles of Crestline sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Lake Arrowhead, CA (6 mi), Muscoy, CA (8 mi), San Bernardino, CA (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, March Air Reserve Base sits about 23 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The California military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Camp Pendleton and MCRD San Diego, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Crestline.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
Field day, clubs, and spirit weeks, all proofed free with pack pricing the treasurer can verify. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Workwear for local crews: printed tees, embroidered polos, gear that outlasts the season. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Group apparel for congregations, mission trips, and food drives at honest pack pricing. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
League jerseys and fan gear where kid and parent sizes share one pack price. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Crestline customers feel the difference on the first order.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Crestline customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Crestline customers see.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Production plus shipping to Crestline addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Crestline group, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
