Custom shirt printing in Crouch, ID.

Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Crouch crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Idaho in 5 to 7 business days.

Custom shirts delivered to Crouch

Crouch does not need a local print shop to get local-quality gear. Design online, approve a free proof from a real designer within 24 hours, and delivery lands at any Crouch address in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 177 spread over 0.5 square miles, Crouch gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Garden Valley, ID (2 mi), Banks, ID (8 mi), Placerville, ID (12 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Mountain Home Air Force Base, around 69 miles from Crouch, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The Idaho military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Gowen Field and Mountain Home Air Force Base, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Crouch.

What Crouch orders most

Runs, tournaments, and fundraisers

Race shirts and tournament gear that arrive before the starting gun, guaranteed honestly. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Youth sports and booster gear

From the dugout to the bleachers: team and booster runs with all sizes priced together. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

School spirit wear

Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Small business and crew apparel

Shop shirts and stitched caps that make a small crew read like an established company. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

HOA, civic, and community events

The civic calendar runs on volunteers, and volunteers run better in matching shirts. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Church and service group shirts

Group apparel for congregations, mission trips, and food drives at honest pack pricing. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Crouch customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

05 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Crouch customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Essential Light Tee

Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Classic Cotton Tee

The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

06 //

Free design, real designers

Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.

Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Crouch addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Crouch group?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Crouch group, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
