Custom apparel delivered to Cudahy, California in 5 to 7 business days. Low 10 piece minimum, free design help, pack pricing published up front.
Crews in Cudahy order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
Cudahy is home to about 22,000 people across 1.2 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Bell, CA (1 mi), South Gate, CA (1 mi), Bell Gardens, CA (2 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Los Angeles Space Force Base sits about 14 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The California military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Camp Pendleton and MCRD San Diego, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Cudahy.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Stitched logos for hats, polos, and jackets that read professional up close.
No screens, no setup fee: full-color small runs from 10 pieces.
Edge-to-edge jerseys and performance gear with print in the fibers.
Weatherproof vinyl, hemmed and grommeted, readable across a lot.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Mission trip tees and congregation gear at pack rates a committee can approve. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
League jerseys and fan gear where kid and parent sizes share one pack price. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Workwear for local crews: printed tees, embroidered polos, gear that outlasts the season. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Cudahy customers feel the difference on the first order.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Cudahy customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
The table below is the actual price list Cudahy customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Cudahy addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Cudahy group, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
