Custom designed from scratch gear for Anchor businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Anchor, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Anchor at a community of 159 on 0.2 square miles of Illinois, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Colfax, IL (4 mi), Sibley, IL (9 mi), Strawn, IL (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Rock Island Arsenal sits about 123 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Anchor.
A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of Illinois mixes Anchor crews with neighbors like Colfax, 4 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
A sentence of description is enough input for a full designed proof inside a day. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The rescue service: old logos rebuilt as clean vector files that print sharp forever. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Insignia drawn correctly, with trademark rules respected and flagged. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Anchor customers feel the difference on the first order.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Anchor customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Anchor customers see.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
Delivery to Anchor addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Anchor crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
