Custom Design for Angostura: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Angostura crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Angostura address in 5 to 7 business days.
All 12.6 square miles of Angostura sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Maverick Junction, SD (6 mi), Hot Springs, SD (8 mi), Oral, SD (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Ellsworth Air Force Base, roughly 53 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Angostura.
A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of South Dakota mixes Angostura crews with neighbors like Maverick Junction, 6 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
A single visual system covering everything the event prints. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Angostura customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Angostura customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Here is what Angostura customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Production plus shipping to Angostura addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your angostura crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
