Custom Design for Arimo: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Arimo crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Arimo address in 5 to 7 business days.
Arimo is home to a community of 350 across 0.4 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with McCammon, ID (6 mi), Lava Hot Springs, ID (9 mi), Downey, ID (9 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Hill Air Force Base, around 93 miles from Arimo, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Arimo counted against your roster.
Because McCammon sits only 6 miles from Arimo, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The rescue service: old logos rebuilt as clean vector files that print sharp forever. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Insignia drawn correctly, with trademark rules respected and flagged. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Arimo customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Arimo customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
The table below is the actual price list Arimo customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Arimo addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Arimo crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
