Custom Design delivered to Avalon

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Avalon, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Avalon is home to about 3,300 people across 2.9 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Rancho Palos Verdes, CA (27 mi), Rolling Hills, CA (29 mi), Rolling Hills Estates, CA (30 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Los Angeles Space Force Base sits about 40 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Avalon counted against your roster.

Custom Design demand around Avalon does not stop at the town line. Crews from Rancho Palos Verdes (27 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Avalon gets designed from scratch

Event artwork packages

Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Merch line concepts

Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

The rescue service: old logos rebuilt as clean vector files that print sharp forever. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Full designs from a written idea

Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Era-correct type and layouts

Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Avalon customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Avalon customers, these three earn their keep.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Classic Cotton Tee

New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Avalon customers see.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Avalon addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Avalon crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your avalon crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
